1. What qualifies as a bulk order?
Bulk pricing typically begins at 25+ pieces or total project values of $2,000 or more. If your order includes multiple product types—such as tents, flags, banners, and table covers—we’ll review the full project to determine whether bulk pricing applies.
2. How fast can you produce bulk orders?
Most bulk orders are completed within 5–10 business days after artwork approval. If you have a hard event date, let us know—we offer expedited production and rush shipping options to meet tight deadlines.
3. Do you offer free mockups and proofs?
Yes. Every bulk order includes a free visual mockup and digital proof before production. We won’t begin printing until you approve the artwork, layout, and colors.
4. Do you help with artwork or design?
Absolutely. We provide free basic layout assistance and can also create full custom designs if needed. You can upload your logo, brand colors, or existing artwork during the quote process.
5. Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. We frequently handle multi-location shipments for churches, schools, franchises, and sports leagues. We can pack and label each kit based on campus, store, or event location and ship them directly.
6. Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We offer structured volume pricing based on quantities, item types, and rollout needs. Larger orders—and recurring seasonal or multi-location programs—qualify for deeper discounts.
7. What file types do you accept for artwork?
We accept vector files such as AI, EPS, and PDF for best print quality, as well as high-resolution PNG and JPG files. If you are unsure about your artwork, upload what you have and our team will review it.
8. Can you ensure consistent colors across all items?
Yes. Because we print everything in-house, we maintain strict color management to ensure your branding is consistent across tents, flags, banners, table covers, and future reorders.
9. Do you offer reseller or agency pricing?
Yes. Agencies, print resellers, and marketing teams that manage recurring or large-scale projects can qualify for preferred pricing. Include this information in your quote request and we will follow up with details.
10. Can you handle repeat or ongoing orders throughout the year?
Absolutely. Once your artwork and specifications are approved, we store your templates so we can quickly reproduce the same designs for new seasons, new locations, or future events.
11. Do you provide tracking and delivery updates?
Yes. Every shipment includes full tracking information and delivery confirmation. For multi-location rollouts, we can also provide a shipment summary showing which locations received which materials.
12. Can we see samples of materials before placing a large order?
Yes. We can send material swatches for tent fabrics, table covers, banner materials, and flag fabrics. This helps you confirm texture, weight, and color vibrancy before committing to a large purchase.
13. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you require shipments to multiple campuses, stores, or event sites, we can coordinate and ship each kit separately.
14. What if we need a product not listed on this page?
We produce a wide range of custom event materials beyond tents, flags, banners, and table covers. If you need something more specialized, such as backdrops, signage, or event structures, include it in your request and we’ll verify availability.
15. What if our deadline is extremely tight?

16. What payment methods do you accept for bulk projects?
